Tendeka, last week moved into ‘Vanguard House’, its new home in Westhill, Aberdeen. This exciting relocation brings together the various branches of Tendeka, promoting synergy and facilitating growth as the company moves forward.
Anticipation over the move had been building among the team for some time, amplified by a competition to name the company’s new home. The name ‘Vanguard House’, was submitted by Duncan Harper. This was chosen as the winning entry for its alignment with the identity of Tendeka, and those who work there, as innovators and pioneers of new technology. The meaning of Vanguard being ‘a position at the forefront of new developments or ideas or the people who occupy such a position’.
The new building, located at Unit 1 in Kingshill Commercial Park, includes offices, a state of the art research and development lab and training, product testing and certification facilities.
Alan Pearson, Chief Financial Officer at Tendeka said, "By moving to Vanguard House we are able to bring all staff together and work from the same site. It is a superb location situated within the UK hub for oil and gas."
